Had the pleasure of experiencing 2 high fence hunts with Twisted Tines('23 & '25). Great experience both times while taking a nice 330'" and an awesome 370" bull. Very down to earth and friendly atmosphere. The ranch is an awesome piece of property with nice elevation changes and good combination of thick stuff and open areas, with great access to most areas. Staff/ guides know the ranch well and it doesn't take long to get on the elk your after. Food & accommodations are great and the atmosphere is very laid back and casual. Troy has great ideas for the future of the business and I can't wait to get back for another hunt.

Outstanding experience with Twisted Tine Outfitters! Troy, Mike, Corey, and Jim are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure clients have a positive experience. Beautiful land, a comfortable lodge, and fantastic meals (thanks Jim!). Most importantly, they are quality men. They hosted our veteran hunt group, and from the moment we arrived, they were super welcoming and seamlessly integrated into the team. Excellent experience. Large private hunting property with all of the amenities. Troy, Mike, and Jim provide outstanding service and education. The property has meadows and aspen groves with varying elevations. Other than hunting activities include; marksmanship/shooting range with varying target distances and elevations or you can take a break and catch trout at the reservoir. The accommodations and meals are terrific. Troy and Mike are able to provide a great guiding experience and offer you an opportunity to hunt world class animals.

Got my Dad an elk hunt in September 2025. I was very impressed with everything Twisted Tines offered. The lodge was great, the food was excellent and the guides were knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get a great elk
